Self-Care is essential to our health and well being, after all, if we don’t take care of us, who will?

This is a great list of self care activities!

As I was reading these, I realized, these aren’t complicated or major items… they’re so simple yet things we forget to do, things we don’t think to do, most things we probably take for granted…

We hope you implement some of these and take more time for YOU today and in the days to follow.

After all, it’s not selfish, it’s necessary!
