4 years ago I took a chance on doing a home DVD called Insanity…. 4 years later my life has changed in so many ways…

I’m stronger, fitter, independent, more confident, happier, closer to my spouse, have a circle of people who support me and build me up every day, I’ve helped others do the same, and the list goes on.

The most important change- I’ve built and continue to build a dream life for us that I love and enjoy every day.
