I stay off them unless we are starting and finishing a program, or need to check progress with calorie intake.
All they do is discourage people.
They don’t tell you how many inches you’ve lost either, which is a huge indicator of your progress. So many people use the scale as the sole measure of their journey.
I encourage you and beg you to use other measures.
Non scale victories are the best! ❤️
