It doesn’t matter what the tape measure or scale says in a few days when I have to measure and weigh to complete the program I’m doing. I know my flaws, my weaknesses, where I need to put more work in, etc and so on.

But I also know-
I am imperfectly perfect. 😀
I choose progress over perfection. 👍🏼
And I am stronger than I’ve been. 💪🏼
