A year ago at this time, I was in a j o b that was making me physically and emotionally sick, unhappy, and downright cranky.

Rewind to 4.5 years ago, I took a chance on becoming a coach for Beachbody, only a week or 2 into starting the Insanity program. I was hooked and wanted to help other people. I knew it in my gut.

Fast forward to present day, I resigned from a job I simply had no passion for anymore a few months ago, I’m teaching fitness classes to some lovely ladies after school, I work from my house, on my own schedule, towards a future of freedom for not only me but for my spouse as well.

I’m happy, I smile more, I’m not sick anymore, and I love what we do. 💗 

If you have dreams, chase them!
Work hard at what you want and never give up.
