Ever wonder why you start something to only stop shortly after?

You must ask yourself where your HEART is in the matter. We often refer to this as your WHY.

In this verse Jesus was talking about our WHY and how it should never be set in the temporary and fleeting things of the world but the eternal in Him.

What things are you setting your heart and mind on today? The shallow things of the world or the deeper and richer things of God?

WHY do you do what you do? What is important to you? What wakes you up every day? What makes you keep going even when you want to stop? What makes you keep pushing even during the tougher times?

Know THAT and all else will fall into place.

My prayer for myself and you today is that God would give a renewed vision of His calling on each of us and that deep seated passion for following Him and His plan for our lives.
