Workout with your spouse…

it’s fun,
it’s stress relief,
it makes you feel better about yourself,
and you get to smack talk them.

Why wouldn’t you want to do that?!!

But seriously, if you have a partner that’s working out and you’re not, I challenge you to jump in.

We’ve been working out together for nearly 6 years now.
I wouldn’t want to change that. It’s time together for us.

If you are the one working out, and your spouse isn’t on board yet, just keep doing your thing, hopefully they will join you!

Don’t give up on them!

Sometimes they simply aren’t mentally ready to change yet.

Be patient and keep loving them!
