It’s February already! Can you believe how fast last month, the first month of the new year, has gone by?
So let me ask you, how was your January? Did you make resolutions? If so how are they going?
A lot of people make resolutions for the new year only to fail at them, not complete them, or not even start them.
The number one resolution of course is to lose weight and get in shape.
I used to be one of those who said the same thing every year. And I never stuck with it! Sad, but true.
Well, since October 2011 I have committed myself to living a healthier lifestyle. I started with Insanity and became a Beachbody coach. I changed my ‘diet’ and starting moving. Since then, I haven’t stopped. This is my life now, and I love it! It’s true what everyone says, once you get into a routine, it becomes easier to keep going!
I have an online accountability and motivational group that Bryan and I run together with a few of our fellow coaches. We have several challengers in our group, all of them are wonderful people who keep us going as much as we keep them going! We push one another daily and have lots of fun and laughs while focusing on our health, fitness, and nutrition. It’s great motivation for us all to keep pushing play every single day!
