TIP #5- DRESS FOR THE OCCASION

Wearing tight restrictive clothing to bed is a huge mistake. Clothing that is too tight can cut off the flow of your lymphatic system which helps to get rid of waste and toxins.

Perfect example of this is something that I shared not long ago about ladies- you need to free the Tatas when you go to sleep! Studies have shown that women who sleep in their bras have a 60% greater risk of developing breast cancer. Why? because it is cutting off your lymph nodes and not draining toxic waste from your body.

Funny sidenote, women who wear bras to sleep actually had accelerated breast sagging. Why? because you are not developing muscle tissue to naturally support your breasts!  Set them FREE!

Men also should not sleep in tight underwear because it can overheat the family jewels and affect the sperm. Especially important for anyone trying to make a baby!

Men should sleep in boxers, loosefitting pajama bottoms, basketball shorts, T-shirt, or go naked! Women should sleep in boy shorts, boxers, pants that don’t fit tight on the legs and hips, or go naked also!
