TIP #4- BE EARLY TO RISE

Think about when you go to bed later and sleep later on weekends- by Monday morning you feel exhausted! The lack of consistency and irregular sleep hours prevent your brain from settling into a pattern, creating a state of perpetual jet leg.

It’s better to wake up early!!
Morning people have higher GPAs, they are more proactive, do well in business, anticipate problems better.

Tips-
Go to bed within 30 minutes at the same time each night and wake up at the same time each day. Most people try to catch up on sleep, but usually you’re more tired on your off days and dread getting out of the bed when Monday comes around.

If you’re trying to adjust your sleep schedules do it more gradually, by 15 minute increments for a couple days at a time until you make your way up to the set time you were aiming for.
