If you choose to not change anything we’ve suggested from the book, your sleep will not change. You’ll still be worn out and setting yourself up for health issues.

All we know is, we’ve already started implementing some of the things we’ve learned and will continue to do so. Why?

Because our health is important to us.

If you read the statistics shared early on in here from poor sleep habits, you should want to make some changes too.

Life is short you guys. And we keep pressing our luck in poor sleep habits, poor health habits, inactivity, and crappy eating, guess what? You life will be even shorter.

We want to be here on this earth to live LIFE! And to live it, in a healthy way that makes us feel AMAZING in every way, including sleeping better and feeling like a million bucks or close when our eyes open each morning.
