Sculpt B DVD

  • This is your month 2 total body workout. You need your resistance band(s) or dumbells for this one. We used 5-15# weights, and you may find yourself stronger this month and able to up your weights for some exercises. This one also uses the door hinge with your band OR it shows you how to do those exercises with weights. We used the weights instead of the door hinge, that was just personal preference for us, so be sure to use what is most comfortable for you.
  • It is 30 minutes long including the warmup and exercises, and the cooldown is 2 minutes, so 32 minutes total. At the 18 and 8 minutes marks, you get a 30 second break.
  • It has all different moves for the entire DVD, so a very good variety of exercises that overall works all your muscles.
  • It is a little more intense than Sculpt A, but at this point you are 30 days into the program so it shouldn’t be that much more difficult for you to conquer!

Sweat B DVD

  • It is your month 2 cardio workout, a little longer and a little more sweaty!
  • It is 32 minutes with the warmup and exercises, includes more MMX moves and cardio moves. The cooldown is 3 minutes, so 35 minutes total. Not bad at all!
  • There is a 30 second break at the 15 minute mark, but you can take longer if needed!
  • You repeat all the moves twice.

Ab Ripper B DVD

  • This ab workout is all 10 moves from AB Ripper A, plus 5 new moves at the end, for a total of 13 minutes of core work that HURTS so good!
  • Modifier is there for you if you need it.
