Don’t you just love it when you wake up in the morning and seems like everything just STICKS?!

I can’t tell you how much I love that feeling, yes, at 37, when it takes a minute for my back to loosen up, my ankle to “get in gear,” or my shoulders to finally “pop” seemingly into place.

I’ve had to pay for some not-so-smart physical training earlier in life with some not-so-comfy aches and pains later in life…still do here and there. Well, now that I’m getting my health and fitness back in line I’m beginning to “pay” a bit for those earlier injuries and even a couple new ones from improper form until I got that right too.

I injured my back one weekend and even worked out after, making it worse. Within 5 days of consistently using a foam roller, my back pain was gone. No aches, no pain… and what’s more is that my whole body felt better.
