My name is Danny Stewart. I just completed P90x and currently am starting my second week of INSANITY. When I started p90x, I weighed about 273lbs.  I was miserable, on bp meds, just a physical mess! I am 42 and felt like I was 62. I saw the infomercial for p90x and remembered that several years ago I had ordered p90. I thought I will finally do this program and get into shape and be healthy, but I had moved and couldn’t find my dvd’s. I know this sounds extreme but I had done nothing for so long I guess all this exercise and eating the right foods was a shock to my system!!! In a good way. I gave up diet cokes which was my big thing. I used to drink a 2 liter in 12 hr at work!!! Anyway, I gradually was getting healthy and slimmer, oh and one of the most, if not the most, important part was the support.

They will say things like “you will gain it all back” and “you will get tired of it and quit.” Guess what, I am still going strong in my fourth month and hitting INSANITY EVERYDAY AND LOVE IT !!!!
