YES! We can!!

I started Body Beast with my husband on July 9. We are currently on day 8, and I am loving every minute of it!

I started working with weights at the beginning of this year when I did P90X. I wasn’t really sure how I would like it, but the more I worked with the weights, the more I liked it. So when Bryan said, “hey I’m doing Body Beast when it comes out,” at first I hesitated and wasn’t too sure about the heavier lifting and weight work. But the more we talked, the more interested I became.

Now, 8 days in, I am so glad I decided to this program with him. Now, I am not a heavy lifter nor do I want to be. I use 5-10-12-15 lbs dumbbells and an EZ curl bar with up to 15 pound weights. My goal is to pace myself and eventually get up to using about 20-25 pound weights for some exercises.

Some may ask, ‘do you really want to get that BIG?’ And my answer is no. I’m not doing the program to get huge or to look like a body builder. I am doing it to tone up more, to get more muscle strength, and to get my 6 pack abs I know are in there!

I am taking 3 of the 4 supplements in the Body Beast program line. I am using the Base Shake, the Fuel Shot, and the Max Creatine. I personally chose not to use the Suma Root which is the testosterone supplement because my goal is not to get huge and my hormones are already kind of whacky! However, per Sagi, creator of Body Beast, all these supplements are perfectly safe for women to use. I would suggest you read up on them, do your research, and ask your doctor any questions you may have about them.

If any ladies have any questions and would like to talk more about Body Beast, I would be more than happy to talk with you.

BEAST UP!
