So you may be wondering what happened after the insanity of Insanity? Did she survive? Did she die? Did she keep working out?

Yay! I survived! 🙂

Well, after I finished Insanity I certainly wasn’t going to stop. I was fired up! My results were awesome, I felt great, I had tons of energy! I wanted more! I actually enjoyed working out now because it was fun and I found something I was motivated to do!

We finished Insanity on 1/1/12 and started off the new year  with P90X. I didn’t really know anything about P90X, but my workout partner in crime and hubby Coach Bryan wanted to do it so I said, sure let’s do it!

To be honest, after coming off of the Insanity cardio high, I was a little bored with P90X the first couple weeks. I had never done anything with weights before, wasn’t really into pushups or pullups, but I kept going. And then I fell in love with it. I didn’t think I would enjoy the weight workouts as much as I did. I gained more strength, I was able to increase the weight of dumbbells I was using, the number of pushups I was doing was crazy, and well, pullups and I still have fights to this day but I was even impressed with them!

So 90 days later, I became a P90X grad too! I was more toned than before, my muscles were starting to show, I lost more inches and more weight. And before the program was even complete, I knew what I was doing next- P90X2!!! Talk about some crazy moves in that one! Definitely challenging and a lot different from P90X. Push ups on medicine balls, planks on medicine balls, crazy!

So fast forward 90 more days later, and P90X2 under my belt too! At the end of X2, my core was tighter, my arms and shoulders were popping! It was like the finishing touches to P90X.

Now, you may be thinking, sheesh when does she stop? Guess what, I don’t!

After P90X2 I moved on to Brazil Butt Lift. And I completed 30 days of it! Any ladies out there ever done Brazil Butt Lift? It’s amazing! It was so much fun and a quick workout that you could keep doing for another 30 days or as long as you want. It targets all our problems areas- butt, thighs, hips, abs. And boy does it make the booty burn!

Now, I bet some of you are thinking after ALL that, surely I must have quit, but guess what? I’m doing Body beast now! Some may call me crazy, but I call me- DEDICATED!!

So stay tuned for what’s next!! And yes, there is a next!
