Before 1954, scientists and doctors all agreed it was impossible for the human body to run a mile in under four minutes.

They did all sorts of studies and documented that it was dangerous.  That if you tried your heart might explode.

It would overload your nervous system and you could drop dead trying.

Roger Bannister In 1954 Roger Bannister became the 1st person to run a mile in under four minutes.  Over the next year, DOZENS of runners ran the 1 mile in under four minutes.

All it took to change the belief of what was truly possible was one person proving that it could be done.  Roger BELIEVED he could do it even when nobody else did.

My father once told me that as a teen he could do 70 push-ups in 60 seconds. At my best I was only able to do a little more than 60 in that time.

So naturally, I didn’t even think it was possible. He almost seemed hurt by that so for his sake I tried it out and gave it all I had… and did 70.

Later, I tried again and did 75, then 80.

What I thought was possible was only made impossible because I didn’t believe it could be done. But once I proved myself wrong, I surpassed myself several more times.

We miss out on SO much in life because we somehow buy in to those limiting beliefs. The ones everyone else believes and want you to believe too so they don’t feel so bad about themselves.

Our beliefs greatly determine the future we will experience.

4 years ago, I had no idea or real belief that the business of helping people, of inspiring people to improve their lives physically and mentally could become what it has today and that limited me from making progress. But, when my belief changed, when I began to BELIEVE I could do it, we created a third FULL TIME income with part time hours!

What LIMITING belief are you holding on to today? Imagine what would happen if you let that go.

Change Your Belief And You Will Change Your Life!

    • Thanks Berta! I am glad it helped. Belief is something I’m working on more and more… not just belief that something CAN be done… but that I can do it. 😉 Well, if it helps… I BELIEVE IN YOUR!
