Something very profound just hit me…

What would it have cost me had I NOT said “Hello” to this beautiful, amazing, wonderful woman 20 years ago who I now call my bride?  I’m thankful… so VERY thankful, that I did not have to experience that.

Then I started thinking about just the past few short years we have been on this journey to be the “BEST versions of ourselves” as I like to say…

Did you know that it cost us somewhere around $200 to start changing our life… to start losing weight, getting in the best shape of our lives? Now, you might think, “that’s a LOT!”

But something we’ve never really stopped to think about

Is what it would have cost had we not started?

30-40 additional lbs we never would have lost, leaving us still out of shape, tired, and unhappy…

We would STILL be coming home tired and worn out every day, staying in, never going anywhere…

We would not have met all the amazing people we now call team members and friends.

Now, some of you might be thinking

That’s all well and good, but, if you still don’t buy into that… here’s what it would have cost from

a different angle…

Because we got involved with Beachbody as coaches after getting started with our very first exercise program…

Had we NOT started…

We would not have paid off OVER $30,000 of debt, including a truck, major home repairs, and loans…

We would not have been able to take extra vacations every year to spend much needed time on US… including our first out-of-country vacation…

We would not have become closer to each other by working TOGETHER on something important to us…

We also would not have influenced all those we have to change their lives, their health, their financial situation, their relationships… how selfish it would have been to deny them that opportunity!

Now…

I don’t know what decision awaits you or what opportunity life will throw at you…

But…

We can make excuses and stay the same or we can start today and change it all!

Our LIFE…

Has truly been blessed since we started this journey simply to feel a little better about ourselves…  It’s not about the money, it’s about the CHANGE… change that affects not only the quality of our life, but, effects positive change in others… leaving a legacy of life!
