TIP#9- Go easy on the bottle!
I think it’s pretty obvious to say, don’t drink alcohol right before bed! You may ‘pass out’, but you don’t fall into deeper sleep patterns or REM sleep patterns- which is why people wakeup exhausted after a night of dranks!
If you must have a glass of win with a meal or similar, do it at least 3 hours before your bedtime, or not at all
