Movies Under the Stars…. how magical!

We recently discovered on one of our trips last November, that Disney hotels play movies poolside on select nights. They call it, Movies Under the Stars.

Our home while at Disney is POP Century, so there, it’s Tuesday nights around 830 pm, and various nights all week. They pick a Disney movie and play it on an inflatable screen, while you lay down or sit in the lounge chairs.

Its such a fun experience if you ever get the chance to do it or happen to be around the hotel at that time of night. It just so happened that we got back early from the parks the night we discovered this little gem and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. So much so that we did it again this past April!

We had our Disney mugs filled with coffee, a classic cartoon, the stars, the smell of the chlorine coming from the pool, and the warm Florida air.

It doesn’t get much better or relaxing than that.
