Professional Experience in Current Position:
- Network Infrastructure Management: Experience in implementing and maintaining network infrastructure across fiber optic network connecting multiple government buildings.
- Cybersecurity Management: Collaboration with third-party firms for system monitoring, backups, and cybersecurity strategies, ensuring comprehensive protection and disaster recovery solutions.
- Server & Virtualization Management: Ensuring proper backups, adequate disaster recovery solutions, replication, power management, and remote support vendor accessibility.
- VOIP Systems Management: Oversight of VOIP-based telecommunication systems.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Ensure robust disaster recovery mechanisms, leveraging both local and cloud backups and redundant connectivity solutions (e.g., Starlink).
