  • Network Infrastructure Management: Experience in implementing and maintaining network infrastructure across fiber optic network connecting multiple government buildings.
  • Cybersecurity Management: Collaboration with third-party firms for system monitoring, backups, and cybersecurity strategies, ensuring comprehensive protection and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Server & Virtualization Management: Ensuring proper backups, adequate disaster recovery solutions, replication, power management, and remote support vendor accessibility.
  • VOIP Systems Management: Oversight of VOIP-based telecommunication systems.
